2020 is reaching its end - Isn't that incredible?
Hindsight being 2020 - what new insights are you gaining as this year is coming to its end?
I know that one thing that this has proven to all of us is the importance of having a Team of people who have got our backs, and help us see the light when things seem dark.
Yes, I am talking about each and every one of you, who lifted your team members up when they were/are down. Please celebrate being part of a successful team and belonging to a group of like minded people. Appreciate the huge leverage that you've got over other business owners, especially in challenging times.

The Power of One is our method to keep accountability. In the month of November the majority of our region has been in the Green/Yellow! That's a great achievement. Way to go! Some members have excelled in their activity and scored 100 in The Power Of One:

In order to support non-profit organizations BNI enables FREE ENROLLMENT to non-profits for the remainder of December 2020.

That means that every non-profit that will join BNI during the remainder of December 2020 will have a free membership in BNI FOR ONE YEAR ONLY. They will not have to pay application fee either. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS OPEN TO ONE PER CHAPTER.

We highly recommend that you will invite your favorite non-profit to your chapter and help them grow and benefit from the chapter's support. THIS OPPORTUNITY WILL NOT REPEAT ITSELF.

Ann Brennan

Ann Brennan is a social media and marketing consultant specializing in helping small businesses create a community around their brand, product and services. She believes that new business comes from the relationships a business fosters and that social media is a key element in building those relationships. Ann is an Ambassador for BNI Central Maryland and is a Gold Member, having sponsored 8 new members into the organization.

In addition, Ann is the creator of Burgers and Bands for Suicide Prevention. This charity raises awareness for mental health and funds that go back into local schools to create much needed mental health initiatives.
