**Notes from the October & November Meetings**
Approved Resolution 2020-42:
- A Resolution approving the amended version of the District's 2019-2020 fiscal year budget.
Approved Motions:
- Vice Chair Howard Young made a MOTION that merit increases be provided to those who did not receive them between April 2020 and September 2020, retroactive.
- Vice Chair Howard Young made a MOTION to give the General Manager the authority to award performance bonuses after consulting with Board members individually.
- Chair Don Misener made a MOTION to have the Facilities and Amenities Committee come up with a plan for a new Conrad Weyer Memorial.
- Vice Chair Howard Young made a MOTION for the Board to postpone concert series to the next fiscal year.
- Assistant Secretary/Treasurer William Kulkoski made a MOTION to approve the location of the Butterfly garden.
- Assistant Secretary/Treasurer William Kulkoski made the recommendation to approve the agreement between Stultz Construction and Waldrop Engineering to retain Waldrop as Engineer for Bond projects within the proposal.
