The Coconino County Sustainability Program is partnering with the City of Flagstaff and City of Sedona on this free workshop for homeowners about cold weather heat pumps. Heat pumps are a high-efficiency means of heating a home and new technology has improved their efficiency in cold climates. The City of Flagstaff is offering a financial incentive of $300-400 for installation of heat pumps because they are the most efficient electric heating method. Electrification of homes is a key step in transitioning to renewable energy and reducing the climate impact of buildings. Join us for this workshop to learn more about this important technology!
