K-5 Students needed for Research in Science Learning using Augmented and Virtual Reality

Dr. Jessica Roberts, Assistant Professor at the School of Interactive Computing, and Morgan Chin, a Masters Candidate in Human-Computer Interaction at the Georgia Institute of Technology, are exploring how K-5 students can use Augmented Reality (AR) and Virtual Reality (VR) to learn science in K-5 classrooms!

If you are a parent of a K-5 student that likes science and technology and would like to take 15 minutes to answer an anonymous survey to tell us about how your student likes to learn science, please click the button below!

Students will have the opportunity to use AR or VR technologies to learn more about fossils. Parents and students can also volunteer to be selected to participate in further design sessions after the completion of the survey. Parents or guardians must give their permission for their student to take the survey.
