They made it!

It might not have been the most relaxing travel experience in the world, but Chester and Rich arrived in Kenya intact, and managed to connect with Kimberly and Kamau!  Thank you Lord!

Today, Sunday, was a recovery day for the men (who had spent 24+ hours in planes and running through airports).  They attended church with the Kamaus and joined in worship and communion and enjoyed a "J. Vernon McGee style" sermon.  

This evening they all had a good discussion over dinner, learning about background information and history. Chester wrote that he understands much better where they are all coming from and what it might look like to develop dreams into actionable plans. 

On Monday, they plan to visit a variety of building supply stores.  Please be praying that they get an accurate idea of building material availability and prices, and can use that information to begin planning for the future camp Nasaru.
