...magnificent late 30s Coro, pave and fruit salads duette - giant Reinad Flamingo from 1941, pairing up with the gold and pave variant on site, both copied from a Boucher design - Mosell pave and enamel horse and soldier with pennant, unsigned but attributed from a spectacular, newly referenced Mosell Medieval Lady on horseback, formerly here - fascinating Knoll & Pregizer Germany, mid 30s dress clip duette, unsigned, identified from Robin Deutsch's page of original research on the formerly mysterious designer...
   
...Trifari Philippe revisitations of series past - 1948 'Romantique' earrings, rare (only second time here), continuation of the 1940 'Rococo' Empress Eugenie series - 1956 Philippe Elephant, stamped with the 1949 'melon cut' Moghul patent number (still valid, 7 years later), now with smooth cabochon, ridged gold, and pearls (like the turtle and peacock pins already here)... new advert, lovely 1947 MB Boucher Sterling gold and pave ruby spangled flower bowknot pin... a Reja Mermaid, dated 1951 from their Spring collection, described in Women's Wear Daily. And that description - chivalric subjects, Valentine's hearts, and a 'complete animal kingdom' - sets off a cascade of new 1951 dates for items on site (see four below), all sharing a 'Reja with an underscore' mark, previously unidentified...
