Beechcrest Farm will be there, trying to keep warm! We will hopefully have everything you need beef- and pork-wise to keep yourself warm on these cooler days. Stew beef and bones for soups, short ribs for the crock pot, and ground for chili. Brats for easy skillet suppers with cabbage and potatoes. We can always bring larger roasts (3-4 lb) to market if you pre-order. And remember, our filets are a great way to satisfy a craving for a very *small* portion of beef! See you Tuesday.
Cool Springs Farm will be there with shelled pecans, Swiss chard, Brussels sprouts tops, collards, curly green and dinosaur kale, watermelon radishes, rutabaga, fennel, white bunch onions, butter crunch, romaine, and iceberg lettuce, butternut squash, small sweet potatoes, and a few green beans.

T5-Farms will be at market this week with pork (chops, ribs, roasts, kielbasa and sweet Italian links, bulk breakfast sausage), beef (ground beef, roasts, steaks, bones), chickens (whole birds and a few cuts), beets, collards, kale, loads of peppers (Carmen, Cornito, sweet red and yellow Italian, green and purple bell), eggs, and sweet potatoes (white O’Henry, orange Beauregard, purple skin Japanese).

Turtle Rock Gardens will be at market this week with evergreen wreaths as well as everlasting dried flower wreaths. The evergreen wreaths are lovely for your front door, and the everlasting wreaths make great gifts. They are intended to be an indoor decor item and will last a year or more if situated out of direct sunlight. Hope to see you Tuesday!
