300 spring bulbs to be planted in the entrance beds! 🌷
The Briarcreek neighborhood team, with special thanks to landscape chair, Camille Roper, has been able to acquire 300 spring bulbs to plant in our entrance beds. We will have Abraham, whose gardening services company maintains our entrances and perimeters, plant these bulbs in our entrance beds. We can all look forward to a flush of beautiful spring blooms in the entrance beds this spring. This project is just one example of the work we do to maintain our neighborhood. If we all pay our $75.00 annual dues - we can afford to maintain the neighborhood.

A few items that the dues pay for:
- mowing, maintaining the grounds and landscaping on Rockwell & Britton,
- water for the entrances and perimeter landscaping,
- repairs to electric, drip system & sprinklers; and
- other miscellaneous management and maintenance costs.
A strong neighborhood association is vital to maintaining our neighborhood and protecting our property values. It assures a safe and beautiful Briarcreek neighborhood. We are a community of neighbors working together to maintain our neighborhood as a desirable place to live, raise our families and retire. Projects and general maintenance are made possible through dues revenue.
The 2020-2021 fiscal year began September 1 and extends through August 31st. Dues are only $75.00 per year, per home.
