Physical Limb: Yoga for Shoulder Care, December 17th, 4:30 pm — 5:30 pm
Foam Roll Workshop, December 31st, 11:30 am —12:30 pm

Yoga for Shoulder Care: Rachel Gmach, PT, DPT, COMT, PYT-C has designed a practice focusing on shoulder care. For those with shoulder pain or tendinitis who experience irritation during regular yoga classes, this is for you! Even if you’re not experiencing shoulder pain, this class will teach scapular stabilization, safe shoulder, and upper back stretches, and throw in a little leg work as well.

Foam Roll Workshop: During our November poll online, the foam roller was the most used self-myofascial release tool. For those who haven’t used one, or want a crash course in best practices, we are bringing back our Foam Rolling Workshop on December 31st, from 11:30 am to  12:30 pm with Rachel Gorman, taking place virtually over zoom from the comfort of your own home.

Intellectual Limb: Picking Up Hobbies in 2020

In 2020, our Assistant Marketing Director Amber decided to pick up a new hobby, stained glass. You already need to wear a mask when you are soldering the glass together, so it was a fun and covid-safe option to try out this year!

Have you picked up any new hobbies this year? Let us know!
