Upcoming Talk: Save Food, Save Money, and Save the Planet!
Join Sue Barns of the Los Alamos County Zero Waste Team on Monday, December 7 at 6:30 PM for a talk on food waste. Sue will discuss the issue of food waste, its local and global impacts, and how to prevent it in your own kitchen. An update on composting opportunities in Los Alamos County will also be given. Attendees will have the opportunity to receive a free Food Waste Prevention Toolkit from the County. This talk is presented by the Voices of Los Alamos.
