Don’t forget that the Faculty and Staff Assistance Program (FSAP) remains open, free and available to help you by virtually. Telephonic or Zoom appointments can be scheduled by emailing fsap@georgetown.edu. Please do not hesitate to reach out to FSAP if you would like to schedule a conversation.

It’s okay to not be okay — especially at a difficult time like this. Maybe you’re feeling overwhelmed. Or sad. Or you just can’t turn your brain off. Virtual therapy and coaching from One Medical will soon be available at no cost to U.S.-based, benefits-eligible faculty and staff. One Medical makes it faster and easier to get the help you need — so you can feel calmer, happier, and more balanced. You'll soon be receiving more information about this new resource.

If you don’t have a good sense of your financial direction, want an impartial third-party opinion on your current strategies or simply have questions you’d like to get answered, a financial coaching session may be right for you.

Taking the Leap Forward! Imagining Your Life After Retirement

More than a retirement workshop, this is a life workshop. Taking the Leap Forward equips you to navigate your transition into retirement with less stress and more joy. It uniquely addresses the emotions that arise during transitions, as well as the alignment required to create the life you are imagining. Space is limited to 12 individuals. We encourage you to sign-up early. Registration will close at 5 p.m. on January 22.
