Regenerative Turbine Pumps for OEM Applications

G Series - Multiplie Configuration Model

Features :


1. Available in three versions; GNLC- motor bracket model, GNL – Mono-block model, GNLM – Seal-less magnetic drive model for optimum selection.

2. The impeller is fixed to the pump shaft to prevent wear due to the contact with other parts to maintain excellent performance over a long pump lifetime (GNLC/GNL).

3. Comes standard with stainless pump material (all) and a SiC × Carbon × FKM mechanical seal for strong chemical and heat resistance (GNLC/GNL).

4. Compact pump head for a most efficient fit. The design allows for smaller motor size and power consumption, reducing overall equipment costs.

5. Easy to assemble without the need for special tools thanks to the simple construction.

6. Due to the symmetrical structure, the pump can be operated in both forward and reverse directions. Multiple discharge port positions can be provided, allowing for easy retrofit into existing equipment, or easy changes in the flow path in and out of pumps.

 

ON Series - OEM Customizable Model

                      

Features :

1. Mainly designed for OEM applications where customization to water-path design based on customer requirements to achieve the highest efficiency among general regenerative turbine pump technologies.

2. Precisely machined components are assembled with a special high precision custom built motor for mono-block models.

3. Configuration of the motor-bracket type allows the pump to be fixed with a NEMA or other type of motors such as TEF, ODP, washdown, or explosion-proof type.

4. Impeller is fixed to the pump shaft to prevent wear due to contact with other parts to maintain excellent performance over a long pump lifetime.
