Working together to promote rewarding manufacturing careers throughout Northeast Ohio.

#GivingTuesday

The BIGGEST giving day of the year is here and we want you to meet someone--say hello to Cliff (pictured above on the left-hand side)! Cliff participated in two years of the AWT RoboBots program at Mentor High School. Cliff's RoboBots Team was sponsored by Fredon Corporation in Mentor, OH, where Cliff learned real-world skills to be successful in the workforce. After his senior year, Fredon Corporation offered Cliff a position as a machinist and Cliff gratefully accepted. Due to Cliff's willingness to learn and excitement for the industry, Fredon Corporation enrolled Cliff in the AWT Apprenticeship program. Today, Cliff continues to advance his career in manufacturing, further his education, and receive wage increases because of AWT's programs.

Cliff is not alone; each year, AWT provides incredible Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM)-to-career programs for hundreds of K-12 students and apprentices, but we cannot do this good work without your support.
