WHAT IS THE ELEVATE INITIATIVE?

Frontline Solutions is launching an new RFP for the next iteration of its grant program, the Elevate Initiative. In an effort to combat systemic racism, we are seeking to fund up to 16 organizations nationwide that work to dismantle structural barriers that impede the economic mobility of Black and Brown workers. Each grant awarded will be for amounts between $60,000 and $150,000.

In particular, we’re inviting responses from community-serving organizations that implement workforce development programs, promote access to new and non-traditional industries or advance economic mobility on a systemic level. Our goal is to receive as many RFP responses as possible from dynamic and qualified applicants.
