Le Présent
A little ditty called "Can't wait for 21" will be released this Friday. It's about looking back to a difficult year, acknowledging the pain and lowpoints, but appreciating all the good and looking to the future with active hope. Some of you will have heard it at its Demo stage so I'm looking forward to you hearing it as a fully produced piece. Make sure to follow me on Spotify to hear it as soon as it comes out!
I start hyping myself up for Christmas from 25 November onwards, so I'm now in full-on Crimbo mode. The next a cappella cover will of course be a Christmas song, but I'm also eyeing up a traditional carol with 4 part-harmony AND I'm also really gagging to do a little live performance online just as an excuse to wear my santa dress at least once this year... So if you like the season of tidings and joy as much as I do keep your eyes peeled for lots of Santactivities!
Le Passé
I composed, recorded, produced and released my first ever single (and its french translation) and its official music video! A month in and it has just shy of 200 listens on Spotify, and the video was watched over 750 times!!
Alongside the release of the song I also did my first PR campaign to make sure I wouldn't have to beg people to listen to it after it came out - which resulted in many playlist placements and even a gorgeous interview for Le Petit Journal de Londres.
I continued arranging, recording and filming monthly a cappella covers in french and english. The last one will come out on 20 December.

I know I'm not the only one who feels totally wiped out by this ridiculous year. I'm rrrrrreally looking forward to many weeks of rest and relaxation (I've been getting back into videogames throughout lockdown and it's a real joy! Hit me up on Steam if you like them too!)
From January onwards I will start planning the composing/producing/recording and releasing of a single per quarter in 2021.
I will also be properly focusing on learning how to produce, mix and master - especially before October so that I can hit the ground running at the songwriting Masters!
