I must continue to express my appreciation to you and our awesome students for demonstrating consistency , commitment, and resilience during our new normal mode of virtual teaching and learning. Our teachers and staff work diligently to ensure that we maintain high expectations that will lead to student growth and achievement. Parent Conference Night:
- You are encouraged to schedule a conference with your child's teacher during our 2nd conference night for our 1st semester - Tuesday, December 8th from 4 PM - 6 PM
Parent Meetings
- Region II Parent Town Hall on December 9 at 5:00 PM (see attached flyer).
- To better serve our Spanish speaking parents, Region I will host a Spanish-language Parent Town Hall on Wednesday, December 9th at 6:30 PM. The flyer does say Region I; however, Region II families are invited to attend this presentation. Please review the attached flyer for more information.
Virtual Holiday Concert
Thursday, December 17th at 6PM
Mr. Hoadley, music teacher, will provide further details per grade level.

Virtual Holiday Class Event
- In lieu of the traditional holiday class parties, each homeroom will host a virtual holiday class event on Friday, December 18th from 9:00 AM - 9:45 AM

Sagamore Hills Angel Tree
The Sagamore Hills Angel Tree is here, providing gifts and clothes to families in our community who need help this holiday season. There are two ways to give- either by sign up genius and dropping off the gifts at Sagamore on certain days, or by sending the gift to the family via Amazon.

The PTA has created and is monitoring a virtual suggestion box for your comments, ideas, suggestions, or questions. This is an anonymous form, or you can optionally leave your name if you'd like direct follow-up. The PTA will route your comment to the appropriate staff members at Sagamore or handle it directly.

Have you bought your agenda? Be sure to register with Membership Toolkit and Support the PTA
Sagamore Hills is using Membership Toolkit for our online directory and school store for the 2020-2021 school year. Please click on "Membership Toolkit" to confirm your family's contact information and make your online purchases. A folder is required for Kindergarten students. A folder/agenda combo is required for 1st-5th grade students. These purchases, as well as yearbooks from the 2019-2020 school year, will be distributed soon. Teachers will encourage students to use their agendas with virtual learning.
