The Virtual Auction – Dec. 3rd-7th
Starting on Thursday December 3rd, 2020, we will open up bidding on our online auction sponsored by NW Public Affairs and Alpenrose Dairy. Support our school community and get some goodies for holiday giving, or just something to look forward to in 2021!
We will email you an invitation to participate in the when bidding opens. Bidding will close on Monday, December 7th, 2020.
From a Yakima rooftop tent to gift certificates for travel and local treats, we will have something for everyone. A list of the donors to the auction is listed on our website.

Fundraising Takeout Dinner On Dec 5th (Last Day to Order: Dec. 3rd)
Support Hayhurst and a Hayhurst local business by getting a take-out family dinner from Grand Cru Catering on Saturday, December 5th, 2020.
Grand Cru Catering is headquartered right here in the neighborhood and is co-owned by a family with two kids that will be at Hayhurst in a couple years.
Just for us, they have created a simple, family-friendly fajita dinner with all the add-ons. Order your family dinner right here. You can add on beverages from juice boxes to winter sangria, dessert, or even delivery. The Family Dinner will be on Saturday, December 5th.
For every dinner sold, Grand Cru will donate $10 to support our fundraiser.

Every dollar raised – auction, dinner, donation – will go toward the work Hayhurst parents and teachers do for our community. This holiday season, that means extra food bags and gift cards for families in need, in addition to the usual grants for teachers, funds for special projects (like maintaining our awesome courtyard), and school supplies for all.
