Kia ora koutou,
Join us for our last Bubble Hui for 2020 tomorrow Thursday 3 December as we celebrate International Day of Persons with Disabilities.
The international theme this year is “Building Back Better: toward a disability-inclusive, accessible and sustainable post Covid-19 World”. So, let's say goodbye to 2020 and look forward to what we want to achieve in 2021 and beyond.
International Day of Persons with Disabilities Bubble Hui – Looking to 2021 and beyond
When: Tomorrow 3 December 5pm - 6.30pm
Where: On Zoom
The Zoom link for the meeting is https://us02web.zoom.us/j/89789500055
Meeting ID: 897 8950 0055. If you are calling in from a phone, please use 04 886 0026 or 09 884 6780 and then 89789500055# when it asks for the meeting ID.
A few notes about our hui tomorrow:
We have NZSL Interpreters, if you are joining the call and you use interpreters please let us know by replying to this email, or at the start of the call by chat or using the interpreter. The interpreters will leave at 5.30pm if there is no one who needs them. If you will use them but can’t come till after 5.30pm, please let us know.
You can access Zoom on your smartphone or on your computer. You need to have a microphone and it’s good if you have a video. If you can’t use a smart phone or a computer you can join by phone.
We have set the call to have everyone on mute when they join – this allows the person hosting the meeting to manage it better and when each person speaks it means we can concentrate on what they are saying.
If you want to have your video off and just put it on if you want to speak you can do this too.
During the call, if you want to say something, there are three ways you can let us know: You can raise your hand if you have video, you can send me or the whole call a message in the chat function, or you can use the electronic “raise hand” button – this is the best way to ensure you are seen.
Look forward to seeing you tomorrow!
