Dr. Anne Mellinger-Birdsong facilitated a 2-hour training for Morehouse School of Medicine (MSM) residents about air pollution, climate change and advocacy, on behalf of Mothers & Others For Clean Air.

Anne also testified about indoor air quality during a GA State House subcommittee hearing about natural gas and indoor air quality.

Dr. Yolanda Whyte gave public comments at the recent GA Environmental Protection Division (EPD) hearing on ethylene oxide for the Sterogenics Plant (medical device sterilizing company in Smryna, GA). Over 120 people were in attendance, all strongly opposed to permit approval for self-regulation, except Sterogenics. To learn more about this story, click HERE.
