Wishing you and yours a wonderful holiday!
Milton Mukai & Mary Matsuda at Mukai - Christmas 1934.
Honoring Milton Mukai
On March 15, 2020 Milton Masa Mukai died in Seattle at the age of 85. Milton was the grandson of B.D. and Sato Mukai, and the son of Masa and Chiyeko Mukai.  He last visited the Mukai Farm & Garden in 2018 with his daughter Theresa and his grandson Roland, where he described the way the barreling plant operated and how the interior was arranged.   He would be so pleased to see the progress now being made to renovate the barreling plant.  Because of social distancing requirements related to the COVID virus, there was no public memorial, but Mukai Farm & Garden would welcome donations in his honor.
