Challenge yourself to a new project each week in the new year. Kits are available each day on a first come, first serve basis. January kits will highlight wintry fun, including snowflakes and New Year's cards.

Getting Started with Estate Planning

Winter Reading Challenge

The Winter Reading Challenge begins on January 3!
Here's what you need to do for the challenge:
- Read 5 books and log them on Beanstack between January 3-January 31
- Complete 5 activities on the Winter Reading Challenge Bingo (optional)
- Collect a prize
Platteville Public Library is excited to introduce the Simon and Schuster Books Like Us Winter Reading Challenge! The Winter Reading Challenge will run from Sunday, January 3 to Sunday, January 31. You can register for the Winter Reading Challenge on our Beanstack website or app. Read 5 diverse books for the challenge and log your progress on Beanstack. We'll be posting a Winter Reading Challenge Bingo card on Facebook that you can use as a guide to find diverse reads. Complete any 5 of the challenges on your bingo card and win a prize. Community Involvement Listing
Did 2020 leave you realizing that you want to find a way to connect with your community? Our annual Community Involvement Fair is taking on a new, virtual format this year. Learn more about community service groups, local social organizations, and volunteer opportunities through our Community Involvement Listing, so that you'll be ready to join up with a local organization once it's safe to do so again (or find out which groups have virtual meetings!).
Does your group or organization want to participate in the Community Involvement Listing? Fill out our form to be included in our list of community groups. Service groups, social groups, volunteer opportunities, and clubs are all welcome to be included. Register by January 10 to be included in our listing, set to launch on January 30.
