FROM THE EDITORS "VIRTUAL NEWS" DESK
Hi everyone, well we have almost done it and survived 2020. It has been a very strange year of course for all of us, sharing a very common issue worldwide. I hope that the newsletters have at least provided you with something else to read and focus on during this time. I know it has certainly helped me and with all of the goings on this year, cancelled events, and not being able to work from offices, or visit customers. I have still tried to make 2020 as much of a learning year for myself as possible, and I hope you have too.

As we head off for a well deserved break over the holiday season; I want to take the opportunity to thank everyone for their support. The newsletter has delivered over 500 editions over what is now a solid and consistent 12 year stretch, with rarely a break, and of course we will continue to provide you with news in 2021 with your support.

I wish you all a safe and happy holiday season, wherever you may be in the world.
