Orange County Health Care Agency has funded a collaboration between Western Youth Services (WYS), Children’s Hospital Orange County (CHOC) and the Orange County Department of Education (OCDE) to bring OC schools and parents support during COVID-19, providing a three-tiered approach to a Mental Health Toolbox.
