Our students pictured below managed to make progress in spite of the pandemic shut downs. Vlanson and Sinalove finished university and are actively job hunting. Vitiello has one more year to become a civil engineer. Kervens finished high school. Farah (shown here with board member, Nicole, is spreading the love working in a pre-school! Our medical students, Bestfriend and Junior have begun their internships at hospitals.
We wish we could show you a team photo of the 85 licensed therapists from across the U.S. who have volunteered thousands of pro bono hours doing online mental health services to essential and frontline workers. They are highly skilled, generous and compassionate!
GAPCreate partners again with JP/HRO now known as CORE as we provided mental health support to the workers from the Covid-19 testing sites across the U.S.
GAPCreate continued to work with CESSA in Haiti to host the annual International Mental Health and Spirituality conference which was held using a hybrid model this year. We also sat in on weekly Covid-19 global mental health meetings.
