DASH Launches Online Exhibition: Protest Art - A Response to the Pandemic

Cross Stitch Sampler. A white bac ground with Nothing About Us Without Us, embroidered in cross stitch, in blacks, pinks, green and blues.
Earlier this year we put a call out to artists, professional and non-professional, to create their version of Protest Art in response to the Pandemic.

We had some great responses back and we are pleased to be able to share them with you in our new Gallery page.

The 'Coffee Collective' Explore Collaboration

Collage by artist Georgia Murphy.

The 'Coffee Collective' met for their second creative coffee morning over Zoom. The group is made up of 11 artists who met through DASH's 2020 online course; 'Art Influencers: A Guided Tour of Art History'.

They have continued to stay in touch - sharing and discussing their art work and practises, as well as offering workshops to share creative skills with one another.

At their recent 'winter edition' coffee morning, the group began to explore new ways of collaborating remotely.

Read more about the collective on the DASH Blog page.
