The Government has announced that London will be subject to Tier 3 restrictions from Wednesday. We're pleased to announce that Sleven will remain open, and operating Open Gym, so your gains will be safe!

For the period from Wednesday until 23 December, we will be running Open Gym slots all day on weekdays, from 06:30 to 20:30, and at the weekend from 09:00 to 13:00. From 24 December until 3 January, we will be operating Open Gym slots on a reduced Christmas schedule, open every day.

Open Gym slots will be available to book on Wodify as normal. There will be a limit of 10 spaces to each Open Gym session and we will be continuing with our measures designed to minimise movement around the gym. For those of you who have made reservations for classes later this week, we will transfer your reservation to the corresponding Open Gym session, so don't worry, you won't lose your spot! If you decide that you don't wish to attend, please cancel your reservation.

We will display the day's programming for each of our classes so that members will be able to continue to do the work that they would have done in classes. We will also provide suggestions on appropriate warm-ups. Alternatively, you can come in and do your own thing.
