The success or failure of any organization depends on the quality of leadership it has. In the same breath, we know that the effectiveness of any church can be traced back to the ability of the elders and leadership of the church. This is the importance of prioritizing leadership development. Whether you work for a church, in corporate America, or the private sector, the need for quality leadership is crucial to the effectiveness and longevity of the organization.
Recently we rolled out exciting news about LVLUP - our approach to intentionally build, develop, and release leaders into a world of innovation, curiosity, and more importantly, high-level leadership that guides the Church as it carries out the purposes of God. You can rewatch the rollout here.
As we prepare to close out 2020 (and all God's people said...) we are also preparing for an amazing 2021 where we are going to be laser-focused on leadership development through the implementation of LVLUP. Below is pertinent information and key dates for you to keep in mind.
LVLUP Timeline
- 11/3 - LVLUP Rollout at All Staff Gathering
- 11/4 thru 12/1 - Campus Pastors + Ministry Directors continue educating Staff on LVLUP
- 12/1 thru 1/15 - All Staff begin to identify and recruit leaders into LVLUP
- 1/18 - LVLUP launches

Action Steps
- All Staff - On 12/1 you should've began to start praying and actively seeking who you can develop as a leader. Utilize the F.A.S.T. document above to guide you as you do. Reminder you need to recruit someone into your LVLUP track by January 15th. Once you have identified a potential leader you can submit that information here.
