Dear Neighbor,

On December 15th and 16th, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., I am co-hosting a FREE COVID-19 testing site at Northeastern Illinois University (NEIU), 3701 W. Bryn Mawr Ave. with the Illinois Department of Public Health (IDPH), State Representative John D'Amico, State Senator Ram Villivalam, and Cook County Commissioner Bridget Degnen. 

Any resident can get tested - no symptoms or insurance are required. The Illinois Department of Public Health administers the test, and you will receive the results within 4 - 7 days. You can either walk or drive to the testing site. Appointments are not required, but it is preferred you register in advance at bit.ly/neiutestingsite1.  

This holiday season, it is crucial that we remain vigilant. Please continue to wash your hands, wear a mask, and practice social distancing.

The 39th Ward Public Service Office is open virtually Monday through Friday, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Out of an abundance of caution, we are not open to the public. Please note, my office will be closed for the holiday from December 23 - 25.
