Retirement of PDF Form for Claim of Builders Lien 

Effective today, the PDF version of the Claim of Builders Lien (CBL) form is retired. A CBL must now be submitted using Web Filing. 

Customers can refer to LTSA Help for information on how to use Web Filing. 

Corrective Declaration for Use with Land Title Applications Only 

Customers are asked to take note that a corrective declaration can only be associated with a land title submission where the declaration is attached. A corrective declaration cannot be used for a submission to another entity, such as a filing to the Land Owner Transparency Registry (LOTR) or filing a PTT return. LOTR is a separate registry from the land title register, and the PTT is administered by the Ministry of Finance.
