What can we say about 2020? Certainly nothing that has not already been said. Unprecedented. Challenging. Isolating.
We don't want to tell you what you have already heard this year.

We DO want to express our appreciation of Edmonton film, video, and media art community.
Thank you to FAVA's funders and supporters that enabled us to continue to serve our community through physically distant and online means.
Thank you to FAVA Members that followed safety guidelines and understood as our staff adapted to new regulations.
Thank you to FAVA fans that tuned into FAVA FEST Hindsight 2020 and the Gotta Minute Film Festival online.
Thank you to our Community Partners for exciting new collaborations on drive-ins, online film festivals, and production opportunities for our members.
Thank you and congratulations to all filmmakers and artists that made 2020 more bearable through your work whether you survived or thrived in 2020.
