Making Christmas Returns
Arranging returns is quick and easy with Despatch Bay. Great, during this busy period – there's always somebody who'd like to return their present, isn't there?
Despatch Bay populates all of the available information from the original shipment and allows you to make changes. Then, with the click of a button, the label is emailed to your customer or you can arrange a courier collection.

View Shipments Stats on Your 7 Day Shipping Chart
See how many items have been delivered and how many are still in transit on your Dashboard.
The 7 Day Shipping Chart will also show you possible problem parcels, giving you the opportunity to resolve issues and get the order to your customer.

Give the Gift of Despatch Bay and Get a Treat Too
- Go to your Despatch Bay account and copy your unique referral link.
- Share your link with the world – and don't forget to tell them how great Despatch Bay is!
