Congratulations - We Made it Through 2020
Who had any idea what 2020 would bring when we said goodbye to 2019 and rang in the New Year? Congratulations to all of you for making it through an unprecedented and challenging year! As 2020 winds down, we hope you have an opportunity to reflect on the amazing work you did transitioning programs and events to remote platforms while keeping athletes engaged and active. Take a moment to recognize all of your hard work to support your athletes!
As we reflect on the last year, we are proud to have provided our community with opportunities to learn, connect, and grow, including:
- WEEKLY AND MONTHLY NEWSLETTERS – As the world changed overnight, we were pleased to provide our community with insightful newsletters related to online programming and words of encouragement during the first couple months of nationwide shutdowns.
- ADAPTED SPORT LABS – We were thrilled to fulfill a vision we've had for nearly two years by launching the Adapted Sport Leadership & Business Symposium in October. We had 850+ participants from around the world join us for an opportunity to advance the movement and expand our impact. We are already brainstorming for LABS 2021. If you missed it, you can still view all the LABS sessions here.
- ADAPTED SPORT ECONOMIC IMPACT STUDY – Launching this benchmark study has been an incredible experience to learn about the value of disability sport and share this insight with the broader sport community. We look forward to building on this study in 2021 and encourage those of you at adapted sport organizations to participate!

Benchmark Adapted Sport Economic Impact Study Receives Industry Recognition
All In Sport Consulting is honored that the results from our first-ever adapted sport economic impact study were highlighted by a number of sport industry media outlets acknowledging the value and importance of disability sport. Here are a few highlights:

Serving the Movement Through Representation
All In Sport Consulting was recently invited to join two committees representing the adapted sport movement:
- Sports Events & Tourism Association - Dawna Callahan will serve on the association's Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Task Force representing the disability sport community.
- Dawg Nation Hockey Foundation - Callahan will join the Foundation's Stakeholder Committee as the organization is looking to build an ice complex outside of Denver. The facility will serve as the home to Colorado sled hockey clubs with the capability of hosting both national and international sled hockey events.
All In Sport Consulting is honored to have the opportunity to provide insight from the disability and sport leadership perspectives so that collectively we can offer more sport experiences to the disabled community. We appreciate these organizations' vision in recognizing the importance of "lived" disability representation where leaders can contribute through authentic perspective and first-hand experience.
