2020 has been a year like no other. While our companies have been in a fortunate position to continue being more and more successful, we still weren't sheltered from the impact this year has had on our mental health and wellbeing.
Following the success of a 4.5 day work week trial, starting January 2021 the Awin Group will pilot a 4-day work week, with no reduction in salaries or partnership service-level agreements. Our teams are structuring themselves to not only continue offering a 5-day service, but also to enhance it by improving internal collaboration and further embracing the agile approach we’ve adopted in recent years. Ultimately we’re committed to offering better affiliate network for all of our partners.
