A Resolution for Corporate America: Let's take care of our frontline

The Holidays are a time to start planning our resolutions. As we turn the page on 2020, America’s companies should resolve to make a deeper investment in their frontline workers.

In a profoundly difficult year, America’s frontline has borne the brunt. Citing just one data point, employment rates for low-income workers are down almost 20% compared to January 2020. Meanwhile, salaried, higher-income Americans,  have an employment rate slightly above the start of the year. 

How can companies help? By investing in programs that support low-income, hourly workers, including:
