The Faith Formation Staff at the Archdiocese of Dubuque is a team of dedicated professionals whose role is to assist parish leaders in the formation of Missionary Disciples. While each staff member has a specific focus, all members work together as a team with a shared vision.

This four-part monthly series will help you discern what faith formation could look like in your parish, and how to get there. Each segment of this series will be offered two times - on a Tuesday morning and a Thursday afternoon - to provide opportunities that fit your schedule. Each year FFLs are asked to share information about themselves and their programs. This information is helpful to the Archdiocesan Faith Formation Team in helping us to report accurate information to the USCCB and the Vatican, helping us to better understand the fine work you all do, and informing us in our efforts to assist Faith Formation Leaders in connecting to resources and ideas in the various ways in which they serve.
