Kick off 2021 with the MRC regions! 

The New Year will bring promising opportunities for recycling like we’ve never seen before. Join the MRC and all 8 MRC regions at 10:30am on January 19 to learn about the opportunities that will become available in 2021 - what they mean for your region and how you can start preparing yourself or your organization to take full advantage.

Join this “all regions” Regional Meeting to hear about three significant Material Recovery Facility projects in various stages of development that will increase processing capacity in Michigan. Bring your questions as we explore the implications of this additional capacity.

Learn more about NextCycle Michigan, an innovative pathway and framework designed to attract investment and provide more opportunities to identify and incubate ideas to grow Michigan’s recycled materials supply chain and end markets. Learn how to think about and talk about NextCycle as a regional opportunity to advance local initiatives and ideas.

Individual regions will be hosting meetings in February and March to focus on the first two tracks of NextCycle Michigan, FLOWS and MICROS. Plan to tune into these meetings to explore ideas and develop teams to benefit your region.
