In this week's Digital Download we focus on what will be a very digital festive season. With the latest restrictions meaning that celebrations during the holidays may be more digital than face-to-face, we've created a few video-call guides so you can enjoy keeping in touch with family and friends safely over this festive season.
 
Our very own ambassador Psychologist Dr Linda Papadopoulos has also provided tailored advice about how to get the whole family engaged in a digital festive season and how to best help children and young people take stock of what has been a challenging year.
