25 Home Renovations That Will Not Increase the Value of Your Home

While getting your house in tip-top shape before listing it can push up the selling price, it’s also easy to go overboard with renovating. Some upgrades simply aren’t worth the expense and time. Read on for common home updates to avoid if you plan to sell.

Winding Down. Winding Up!

This is an interesting time of year for many of my clients. On the one hand, they’re winding things down for this year; getting projects done and tasks completed. On the other hand, they’re “winding up” for the new year and may have a few ambitious goals in the works for 2021.

If you have ambitious goals for the new year, I wish you much success!

And, in fact, I may be able to do much more than that. If your plans for 2021 have anything to do with real estate, there are many ways I can help.

For example, if you’re entertaining the idea of moving next year, I can give you a clear picture of your options, including the kind of new home you’d qualify to buy.

If you’re doing any improvements to your condo, I’m well-connected in the local “home” industry and can probably recommend a reputable contractor or other professional.

So, when you’re “winding up” for 2021, keep me in mind. As your real estate agent, I’m available whenever you have questions or need advice.
