Welcome to this week's newsletter from GPS Training.

It's been a very busy run-up to Christmas, many thanks.

With not the best supply chain in place with COVID-19, it has been trying at times. But working closely with the suppliers we have managed to keep stock on our shelves over the past few months.

This week made me realise how hard it has been for so many retailers. A lovely lady had placed an order with Garmin three weeks ago for a Garmin Montana 700i and was promised delivery in two-week. This was a present for her husband, but when she chased it up this week, Garmin said they (not her) would 'hopefully' be receiving it in on Christmas Eve.

The poor lady was in floods of tears when she rang us up, thinking she had let her husband down, but we had them on the shelf. We shipped the same day for next day delivery. The relief was so clear and it literally brought a tear to everybody's face in the office.

It personally made all those late nights putting sales forecasts together and ensuring we had ringfenced stock on suppliers shelves for GPS Training all worthwhile, so many people both inside and outside GPS Training help pull everything together, you all know who you are.
