We would like to provide some important reminders and key dates as we close out the year.

Due to the COVID-19, all hard copy W-2s will be mailed out. We encourage you to consent to receive your W-2 electronically rather than a hard copy by January 15, 2021.

To consent, navigate in PeopleSoft to Main Menu > Self Service > Payroll and Compensation > W-2/W-2c Consent.
If an employee has already consented, they do not need to re-consent.

If you choose to not consent and want to receive a hard copy, please confirm your address is correct in PeopleSoft.

There are 27 paychecks in 2020. Therefore, the only deductions being taken out of the 27th paycheck on December 31st are 401(k), 457, IRA, and life insurance. You should review these deductions to ensure they do not exceed the annual limits and determine if there are any other tax implications given your individual circumstances.
