Book a virtual appointment with the VFPC to review the steps involved in the process, start planning, and obtain important information to support you in your transition. There are many benefits and programs available to you and your family, even after you release.

One-on-One Self Care Workshops
Available to ALL community members - Available upon request 
If you are struggling to work self care into your new schedule, or would just like some tips and tricks, you can book a virtual appointment for one-on-one support and planning with the VFPC. After reviewing some self care strategies and exploring what self care looks like for you, you will be able to complete your very own self care plan. Self care is so important for fostering resilience and managing stress.

Payments for MFRC programs can be made over the phone
by credit card or at the MFRC by debit or credit card. 
Please remember that in order for your registration to be complete, payment must be made by the program registration deadline - if not, the registrant will be removed from the program.

Road to Mental Readiness: Phase III – Pre Deployment Workshop 
A mental health workshop specifically for families preparing for a deployment. Why is it one minute you can’t stand the thought of your loved one leaving and the next minute you’re kicking them out the door? We will discuss mental health as a continuum, the effects stress can have on a person’s wellness and provide you tools for healthy coping. Morale Mail Update

Canada Post is now accepting morale mail and shipping it for free! Please take morale mail parcels and letters to a Canada Post office for delivery. 
Effective October 13, 2020 to January 8, 2021

 Virtual Preschool Project Series
Although we can’t see you in person, we will be providing new DIY videos with items you can find around your home. As a bonus we will be asking you to take a picture of your finished project and post the picture in the comment section of the DIY video you’re following on our Facebook page.

All finished projects when posted to the Facebook page will be entered for a weekly draw for the month of January.  

We can’t wait to see your photos!
