Thank you to everyone who came out to support the Artisans Centre Peterborough through purchases at the Masked Artisans Markets held in October, November and December.
Still not finished your Holiday Shopping?
Did you know that you can shop online and support local artisans of Peterborough and the Kawarthas?  Check out Artisans Market Peterborough on our website at www.artisanscentre.ca/artisans-market.
Many items are available to view in person at the Artisans Centre - save yourself the handling fees by picking up items there.

Be sure to ask for Gift Certificates at the desk.  They can be used toward a purchase from the On-line Artisans Market Peterborough or to learn a new skill in one of the many classes offered at the centre.

There is also still time to support the Five Counties Children's Centre with the purchase (cash only please) of a beautiful, hand-crafted Christmas Ornament at the ACP.

Further info will be coming to our website www.ptbo-hwsg.com and to the ACP Website.

In preparation for this event the members of the ACP and founding guilds are reminded that we are already collecting previously loved art and artisan quality craft pieces.  They can be dropped off at the ACP during open hours.  Please, only those in like new condition; not scratched or dented.  The sooner the pieces are collected the better so the organizers know what they have to work with.
Looking for an opportunity to Volunteer in your Community?
Presently we have several volunteers helping to keep the ACP open. We now have Monday and Wednesday afternoons covered, but could really use some help with Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday afternoons.  And remember, you don't have to do EVERY week. I can schedule 2 shifts a month, or whatever you might wish. You can always specify a preference that suits your life.

A big THANK YOU to the Fleming College Students who have made us part of their program.  We really appreciate your involvement!!

Please contact me by email or phone if you would be interested in covering some of these shifts. Thank you - it will be very much appreciated!
