Nottingham Spirk and EY to launch global innovation hub in Cleveland

Case Western Reserve University professor named a National Academy of Inventors fellow
 
Dr. Anant Madabhushi, the Donnell Institute Professor of Biomedical Engineering and Director of the Center for Computational Imaging & Personalized Diagnostics at Case Western Reserve University, has been honored as a fellow of the National Academy of Inventors (NAI). The NAI Fellows Program highlights academic inventors who have demonstrated a “spirit of innovation in creating or facilitating outstanding inventions that have made a tangible impact on quality of life, economic development, and the welfare of society.”

Cleveland Clinic details how the first rounds of the COVID-19 vaccine will roll out

Cleveland Clinic has carefully spelled out the four-phase approach that will determine who gets the first doses of the COVID-19 vaccine. Americans that don’t belong to one of the high-priority groups will likely begin receiving vaccinations in spring 2021 and into the summer.

JumpStart hires Teleangé Thomas as chief advancement and relationships officer 
 
Teleangé Thomas, a veteran of the public health, nonprofit, and philanthropic sectors in Northeast Ohio, is joining JumpStart Inc. in the newly created role of chief advancement and relationships officer.
Part of her role will include spearheading JumpStart's involvement in civic initiatives, including the Cleveland Innovation Project, the MidTown Innovation District, and other initiatives JumpStart anticipates pursuing in the coming years.
