COME THOU LONG EXPECTED JESUS!
Fairview Family, we're in the midst of Advent and we long to celebrate the one who is called "Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace" (Isaiah 9:6). Join us for worship as we study that scripture passage!

Also, two other items for this Sunday. You'll want to be with us as we welcome and baptize Evelyn and Cullen Benninger!

Our election of new elders and deacons is Sunday. All communing members in good standing are encouraged to vote. You may vote absentee. Email Kenny if you need assistance.

CHILDREN'S MINISTRY

Now in one worship service, we have a great need for more volunteers (men and women) in our children's area. Here's who we have coming up in the nursery:

This Sunday - Robyn and Will Davenport
December 20 - Kenny and Britni Maple
December 27 - Dan and Carolyn Shirley

To sign up for a spot in January, please reply with the date you would like to serve. Also note that we will begin having Sunday School and nursery for our children on January 10th. If you would like to serve in the nursery at that time, 10 o'clock, please also reply, and I will get you set up. Thank you for attending to the needs of our youngest members.

YOUTH CHRISTMAS PARTY
Dec. 18, 5:30-7:30 p.m.
Middle and high schoolers, I'm looking forward to celebrating the birth of Jesus with you! Come on out Friday, December 18th for a gift exchange (I'll supply the gifts), some good food, and games. Bring a friend, a Bible, and your appetite!

CHRISTMAS EVE
Dec. 24, 5:30 p.m.
Join us for an evening of worship. We look forward to celebrating the birth of Jesus with you!

Please pray for: James Martzin is having jaw surgery Dec. 16 (first of upcoming surgeries. Ann Hayes fell and has several weeks of recovery. Bev Robinson's father, Mason, is recovering at home from surgery. Janie Brashier has fractures and bulging discs in her lower back; she will have surgery on Dec. 28. Steve Bossler is having health issues.
