Giving Tuesday brings in over $30K for student scholarships

Finlandia alumni and friends donated over $30,000 for FinnU's Giving Tuesday efforts on Dec. 1, 2020. In total, 61 donors raised $30,087 for student scholarships. This total includes the $10,000 anonymous match that kicked off the event. Thank you to everyone for your support!

On Tuesday, November 17, MTEC SmartZone personnel, Finlandia International School of Business (ISB) students and faculty, and others participated in the first international virtual Testing Tuesday event hosted by the Finnish-based student entrepreneurial community, XES Helsinki. XES Helsinki is located at Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences, one of Finlandia’s key Finnish partner institutes. Read the full story here

LIon Logo Finlandia University management continues to meet diligently while they consider the most up-to-date information and data as it pertains to the COVID-19 pandemic and a safe return to play for their collegiate sport programs.

Vernam Set To Compete For Finlandia

ShyAnn Vernam (San Tan Valley, Ariz.) set to play softball for FinnU in 2022. ShyAnn Vernam (San Tan Valley, Ariz.) has committed to play for the Finlandia University softball team.

Simpson Set To Compete For Finlandia

Isabella Simpson (Bardstown, Ky.) will play softball in 2022 for the Lions. Isabella Simpson (Bardstown, Ky.) has committed to play for the Finlandia University softball team.

Coast-To-Coast Athletic Conference Winter Season 2020-21 Update

C2c White Primary The Coast-To-Coast Athletic Conference (C2C) has announced the cancellation of all conference-scheduled competitions, including conference championships for the fall 2020 and winter 2020-21 seasons as a result of the continued impact of COVID-19.
