Thank you for all your support during these challenging times. We feel so fortunate for our SCM community and for what we are accomplishing during this crisis. Our community is thriving! As we get ready to head into our final week before the winter break, please keep all our safety protocols in mind. If you plan to take a trip outside of California, then be prepared to quarantine for fourteen days. The county may be starting a “stay at home” order next week, but again, that will not impact our ability to keep our doors open. Please reach out if you have any questions.

Billing
Starting January all SCM statements will be emailed. Please notify Patty Stone, our new SCM bookkeeper, at pattystone@scms.org, if you need additional email addresses added to your account. Also, as stated on your SCM statement a late fee of $20.00 will be added to your account if paid after the 15th of the month.

Arts Auction Donations
We are looking for donations for our Silent and Live Virtual Auction to be held on February 20th, 2021.
In the past, parents have donated handmade items, vacation homes, pottery, wine, children's books, art, quilts, gift certificates for home-baked cakes or cookies, handcrafted jewelry.

Arts Auction Costume Contest
Get your children ready for the Art Auction Costume Contest! Dress up as your favorite character from a book. Please send us a 10-second video of your child saying their name, what class they are in, what character they are, and from what book by February 1st. One student in each level will win a Bookshop Santa Cruz gift card.
