Join us for Library Luau
Winter Reading Program 2020-2021
Sick and tired of your computer screen and Zoom? Participate in our screen-free, Hawaiian luau-themed Winter Reading Program for all ages at any of the five Dubuque County Library District branches. Here's how to participate:
~The Winter Reading Program starts on Monday, December 14 and ends Friday, January 15.
~The program is open to all ages, birth through adult.
~Visit the Asbury, Epworth, Farley, Holy Cross, or Peosta branch to register. You'll get a colorful Hawaiian lei necklace and a Reading Bingo card.
~Read books (graphic novels, audiobooks, e-books, and e-audiobooks all count, as well) and complete reading-related activities at home to cross off bingos on your sheet. Kids will receive a small prize for every bingo they complete, while adults will receive raffle tickets for craft kits for each completed bingo. If you complete all eight bingos, you will receive a special 3D-printed prize
And that's it! We hope you will join us for some Summertime fun in the Winter!
