In November and December, we celebrate Machu Qhawsa. But how was this celebration born? it has been generated by the need to have a balance between the world of above and the world of below, between the Kay Pacha and the Uku Pacha, between the elements of life that have to be balanced, always based on mutuality, affection and respect.

Thanks for the amazing Giving Tuesday journey

In November we launched our Annual Fundraising Campaign: In-Between, with the aim of supporting our school to start next year filled with possibilities and opportunities to provide a dignified education to Andean children and youth in the Sacred Valley of Peru. For Giving Tuesday we announced that, thanks to Nancy Park & Wilder Green Fund, Justine, Jules and Jim Epstein Family, Megan and Adam Neale & Family, Freitas Foundation, NYC & London circle of friends, Matt Reeves and Lisa Noguchi & Family, Acacia – Fonds für Entwicklungszusammenarbeit , all your donation will be matched dollar for dollar.

We are glad to announce that as of today, we have raised 20.495 USD matched to 40.990 USD. We still need to raise ONLY 4.500 USD that will be matched dollar for dollar until we raise the 50,000 USD - our fundraising campaign goal.

In gratitude for your donation and with high hopes that 2021 will be more tender to all of us, our community has created a beautiful 2021 Kusi Kawsay desktop calendar that will be sent to you. (Don't forget to include your email address when donating).
