Friends,
This is going to come as a surprise, but I am on my way to Japan today (January 1st)! It was kind of a last minute decision by TEAM. Japan declared this past Monday that they were going to close their borders again to all foreign travelers starting January 4th. So we quickly changed my flight, my covid test, and got all the preparations in order. It's been a long week, but now I am ready to go! It's finally happening!!
Thank you everyone for your support and prayers through this whole waiting period. I am excited for the adventure to come! I hope that you will continue with me on the Journey to Japan.

I know this sudden departure did not leave room for goodbyes. Thankfully, most of the world is still connecting through video calls!
