Are you a digital artist?

Include #PineRidgeArts to enter our online DIGITAL ART contest. Artist must be:

over 18 years of age
resident of Ontario
follow PRAC on Instagram
and tag two friends.

Maximum two images per artist. At the end of the month PRAC will select the post with the most likes and award the artist $50.

Feb 1 ~ Bibliotherapy

Monday Evenings, Jan 11 - Feb 1, 7-8pm
Join us on Zoom for our new virtual bibliotherapy program! Bibliotherapy combines reading and talking about books and stories to achieve a more positive sense of wellness. It is a chance to connect with others, discuss how books can help make people feel better, and share your thoughts in a small group. A trained facilitator will lead the reading activities on a weekly theme followed by a guided group discussion. No preparation required. Presented in partnership with the Literacy Network of Durham Region.
